WorkingED has over 15 years’ experience in the field of Executive Search, Recruitment and HR Business partner roles in international and multicultural environments in various fields (logistics, customer service, automotive industry, engineering, mail-order, chemical and pharmaceutical). In recent years WorkingED has focused in particular on the industry, in Germany, Netherlands and Belgium.

Your Managing Consultant has a 168-hour mentality. For urgent matters he or she can be contacted 24 hours a day, if not available at the moment of your call then we will quickly call you back. This is not to say that our team is working 24 hours a day. In our own work we are strive for a good balance between work and home. It would therefore be normal for us to be present at the dance class of our children on Wednesday at 10:00 am and on the same Wednesday conduct an interview with a candidate at 19:00 pm in Cologne.
